Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 Mixing bowl large
  • 1 Tongs

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Toss chicken thighs in the mixture to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, making sure they are not touching. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Storage

  • Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.
