Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 meat thermometer

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place chicken tenders in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat in preparation for cooking the marinated chicken.

Cooking

  • Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juiciness.

Serving

  • Arrange chicken tenders on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with your choice of sides.

Storage

  • Place any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
