Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
