  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

Preparation

  • Dice the onion, bell peppers, and celery. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
  • In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Cooking
