Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sweet Chili Sauce

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Set your air fryer to 380°F and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  • Place the seasoned chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, heat a small saucepan over low heat. Add the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring occasionally until warm.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the heated sweet chili sauce over the chicken and toss until well coated.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken hot, garnished with optional sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

  • Let the chicken cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
