  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices turkey ham

Coating

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Flatten chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  • Place a slice of Swiss cheese and turkey ham on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  • Dip each roll in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for a few minutes.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
